Minimal use of bed

If you are suffering from sleep issues and poor quality sleep, then you must use bed only for sleeping . Do not use beds for working, resting or playing especially during the daytime. If you do not fall asleep after 30 minutes, get out of bed and read a book or listen to some soothing music.

As such, all steps should be taken to reduce carbon footprint and enhance climate protection

Music relaxes your brain and might improve your sleep quality as well. Use luscious, soft and bouncy beds to cover the sleep debt you have acquired by not completing your sleep hours.
